Lead author for the innovative ‘Global Skills’ project-based curriculum, now used by 100+ schools around the world. The curriculum teaches skills development through exploration of global challenges. Trained 5000+ (online and in person) teachers around on the curriculum and its philosophy.

Lecturing and assessing a variety of graduate and undergraduate politics and international development courses (DD306, DD316, DD103, Y032, DD870, DD871). Designed and wrote assessment and course material for several courses as an expert on inclusion and assessment (DD113, DD229, DD870).

Educational Consultant, Wolsey Hall College 2016-2018
Led Wolsey Hall’s application to become one of the first Cambridge International Virtual Schools. As IGCSE Supervisor of Courses oversaw courses taught in over 60+ countries to more than 1500 students. Guided the updating of the College’s curriculum to further assessment for learning strategies, and support staffs’ professional development.
Consultant, Social Development Direct 2007-2012
Gender and social inclusion consultant. Lead-consultant in Ecuador’s UN Gender Budgeting analysis and evaluation. Worked on Ecuador, Sudan, Morocco, India, Mexico, looking at gender, peace, budgeting, and programme development.

Proposed, developed, taught, and assessed multiple graduate and undergraduate courses, including Introduction to Latin America; Politics of Development; Politics of Leadership and Power; Racism and Revolution
Consultant, Micro Insurance Academy (MIA), India 2007-2008
Led a group of field researchers conducting a qualitative assessment of the challenges for the uptake of health insurance through Northwest India. Complied research on the options for insuring PLWHIV.
